手术室骨科亚专科分组的医护一体化模式应用

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室医护一体化模式在骨科亚专科分组中的应用效果。方法根据医疗组骨科亚专科将手术室分成运动医学组、关节组、创伤组、脊柱组,与骨科医疗组捆绑结合,实施医护一体化工作模式,实行护士长-亚专科组长-组员三级管理体系,并观察实施前后首台开台时间、接台时间,护士亚专科知识考核成绩和医生、护士、患者满意情况。结果实行医护一体化骨科亚专科分组管理后,首台开台时间、接台时间显著缩短,护士亚专科知识考核合格率、医护患满意率显著提高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论手术室医护一体化骨科亚专科分组管理,有效缩短首台开台时间及接台时间,提高手术室护理管理质量,有利于培养手术室护士向一专多能的方向发展。Objective To discuss the effect of orthopedic-subspecialties-based surgeon-nurse integrated model in the operating room.Methods The operating room staffers were divided into a sports medicine group,ajoint group,a trauma group,and a spinal group based on orthopedic subspecialties,and these groups worked in collaberation with the orthopedic surgeon group,and formed a surgeon-nurse integrated model under the manegement hierachy of head nurses-subspecialty group leader-subspecialty group members.the time to start the first sugery of the day,and time to start a second surgery,nurses′mastery of orthopedic subspecialties knowledge,and satisfaction of surgeons,nurses,and patients,were compared after the implementation of the integrated model.Results After the implementation of the integrated model,the time to start the first sugery of the day,and time to start a second surgery,were significantly shortened;nurses′mastery of orthopedic subspecialties knowledge,and satisfaction of surgeons,nurses,and patients,were significantly enhanced（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The implementation of orthopedic-subspecialties-based surgeon-nurse integrated model can shorten the time to start the first sugery of the day,and time to start a second surgery,and improve the quality of nursing management in operating room.It is also conducive to the cultivation of specialized operating room nurses.
