摘　　要：人因工程学学说一直是设计需要考量的重要领域,而节律照明是目前人因健康照明的研究重点之一,本文以节律照明作为研究对象,剖析照明光环境对人体节律的影响,从人因角度切入探讨人对节律照明的不同需求,并结合前沿科学技术和一些节律照明设计案例加以说明。实际上节律照明设计正在逐渐受到设计与科技界的重视,基于人因工程学的节律照明既要考虑人体生物节律,又要结合视觉光环境设计,它涉及"人本设计"、"光与健康"等研究热点内容,节律照明将会是以后智能化、人性化设计的发展方向。Human Factors Ergonomics is an important area that needs to be considered in design all the time. Rhythmic lighting is one of the research priorities of human health lighting. This paper takes rhythmic lighting as the research object to analyze the influence of illumination light environment on human rhythm. From the angle of human factors, the different needs of people for rhythm lighting is discussed. At the same time, some cutting-edge science and technology and rhythmic lighting design are used to illustrate. In fact, rhythmic lighting design is gradually gaining importance from the design and technology circles. The rhythmic lighting, based on human factors ergonomics, should consider both the human biological rhythm and the visual light environment design. It involves ＂human-oriented design＂ and ＂light and health＂, so rhythmic lighting will be the development direction of intelligent and humanized design in the future.
