摘　　要：本文以老年人居住环境为研究对象,分析了"共享养老"模式下养老服务对象的生理、心理、行为特征,以及老年人的服务需求,从设计的视角提出"共享养老"模式下的老年人居住环境设计策略,旨在实现养老资源的最大化利用,逐步形成"共享养老"模式下的老年人居住环境设计体系,实现我国"共享养老"模式下老年人居住环境的可持续发展。This article takes the living environment of the elderly as the research object, analyzes the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly service objects under the ＂shared pension＂ model, as well as the service demand of the elderly, and it put forward the living environment design strategy of the elderly under the perspective of ＂sharing the aged＂ from the angle of design, which aims at realizing the maximize use of the important resources for the elderly. In order to achieve the sustainable development of the living environment for the elderly under the ＂shared pension＂ mode, the living environment design system of the elderly under the ＂shared pension＂ model is gradually formed.
