摘　　要：抗战时期,山东沦陷区呈现出一种复杂的多元空间格局,除了日伪控制严密的中心城市、通衢要冲外,还有因战线拉长日伪力量不及而形成的大片权力真空地带、各方势力争夺的拉锯地带及暂时势均而并存的灰色区域。随着山东沦陷及韩复榘事件发生,国民党中央先后任命沈鸿烈、范予遂、何思源为省党部主任委员,并组成12人左右的党部委员群体。这一群体受国民党中央领导,蛰伏于山东沦陷区域及广大灰色地带,在谋求生存,推进自身运行及领导"抗战建国"工作方面,取得了一定的成效。但受制于环境恶劣、派系纷争等因素的影响,有限的发展不仅无法抵御日伪的进攻,就连自身的生存都难以保障。During the period of the war of resistance against Japanese aggression, a type of complicated multilateral spatial pattern was presented in the occupied Shandong. Besides the central cities,thoroughfares and communication hubs tightly controlled by the Japanese puppet regime, there were large areas of power vacuum out of the reach of the Japanese puppet regime because of the extended battle line, areas which frequently changed hands due to the competition of all forces and grey areas with temporary balance and co-existence of powers. With the fall of Shandong and the occurrence of the incident of Han Fuju,the KMT Central Committee successively appointed Shen Honglie, Fan Yusui and He Siyuan to be Chairman of Shandong Provincial Party Headquarters, and organized a group of about 12 members. Led by the KMT Central Committee, this group had lurked in the occupied areas of Shandong and the vast grey areas, and made certain achievements in seeking survival,promoting the organization operation and the leadership of "Military Resistance and National Reconstruction". However,due to the difficult environment and factional disputes, their limited progress failed to resist the attacks from the Japanese puppet regime, and even their own survival couldn't be guaranteed.
