区域经济增长空间俱乐部趋同检验及影响因子研究

摘　　要：以新古典经济增长理论、新经济地理学理论为理论基础,借助探索性空间数据方法对研究区域进行空间分组.利用空间滞后模型、空间误差模型和空间截面模型对各分组进行OLS检验.结果发现,在HH组和LL组存在空间俱乐部趋同现象.依据空间趋同俱乐部不具有遍在性的特点,选择地方因子和具有地方效应的全局因子,构建空间趋同俱乐部影响因子分析框架.使用固定效应的空间计量模型对各空间趋同俱乐部的影响因子进行双重筛选和检验,依据其检验生成的主成分分析报告,得到各空间趋同俱乐部的重要影响因子,有区域发展政策、投资水平、产业结构、市场化水平等.根据不同年份俱乐部成员的数量变化以及经济行为的空间溢出效应,探讨了空间趋同俱乐部的形成与演进机制.可为我国不同发展水平地区的经济增长提供相关的政策信息,为区域选择促进区域协调发展的政策手段,实现区域经济良性循环等,提供决策参考.Based on the theory of neoclassical economic growth and the theory of new economic geography,this paper has successfully grouped the research area by exploratory spatial data method.Using the spatial lag model,spatial error model,and spatial cross-section model,the OLS test was performed on each group.It was found that there was spatial club convergence in the HH group and the LL group.According to the characteristics of spatial converging clubs that are not ubiquitous,this paper built a framework for analyzing the influence factors of spatial converging clubs based on local factors and global factors with local effects.Using a fixed-effect spatial econometric model to double-screen and test the influence factors of the spatial converging clubs,and based on the principal component analysis reports generated by the tests,the key contributing factors of the spatial converging clubs were obtained,including regional development policies,investment levels,industrial structure,market level and so on.Based on the changes in the number of club members in different years and the spatial spillover effect of economic behavior,this paper discussed the formation and evolution mechanism of spatial convergence clubs.It can provide more abundant policy information for economic growth in different levels of development in our country,choose policy measures to promote regional coordinated development,achieve a virtuous cycle of regional economy,and provide decision-making reference.
