摘  要:为筛选产油量高且油脂品质优良的种源,选择福建南平、福建永春、福建尤溪、江西九江、河南崇县的三年桐(Vernicia fordii)种子为研究对象,测定分析不同种源三年桐种子形态、质量及油脂特性等品质指标,利用隶属函数法结合权重对其能源品质进行综合评价。结果表明,福建南平种源三年桐种子百粒重较大,单粒平均质量达1. 62 g,与福建尤溪种源相接近,显著大于其余3个种源; 5个种源三年桐种子油脂提取率均较高(50. 76%~58. 41%),但福建尤溪和永春三年桐种子油脂提取率显著大于其他3个种源;不同种源三年桐能源品质差异显著,其综合评价值为福建尤溪>福建永春≈福建南平>河南崇县>江西九江。福建尤溪种源三年桐在硫质量分数、水分和运动黏度等生物柴油理化特性指标中值均较低,且该种源种子在形态、质量和油脂特性指标表现均较优良,可作为生物柴油原料的优良备选种源。In order to select the provenance of high oil production and excellent oil characteristics,the seeds of Vernicia fordii from Nanping,Yongchun and Youxi of Fujian Province,Jiujiang of Jiangxi Province and Chongxian of Henan Province were selected as the research objects,which were measured and compared the differences including the shape,weight and oil characteristics of the seeds from different provenances to have the comprehensive evaluation of energy quality by using the membership function method combined with the weight. The results showed that the seeds of Vernicia fordii in Nanping of Fujian Province had a larger grain weight of one thousand,with an average mass of 1. 62 g per single grain,which was similar to that of Youxi of Fujian Province,but it was significantly higher than that of the other three provenances. With the anhydrous ethanol as extractive agent,the seed oil extraction rate of Vernicia fordii in five provenances were high( 50. 76% ~ 58. 41%),but the seed oil extraction rate of Vernicia fordii in Youxi and Yongchun of Fujian Province were significantly greater than those of the other three provenances. Significant differences were found in different provenances of Vernicia fordii energy quality,the comprehensive evaluation is yuxi of Fujian Province Yongchun of Fujian Province≈Nanping of Fujian Province Chongxian of Henan Province Jiujiang of Jiangxi Province. Because the Vernicia fordii in Youxi of Fujian Province of sulfur mass fraction,moisture and kinematic viscosity are lower,and quality and fat performance indicators were better in terms of morphology,it can be used as the excellent alternative source of biodiesel raw materials.
