摘  要:选择采自福建闽南的5个红锥地理种源种子,在福建省华安西陂国有林场苗圃开展苗期物候观察和生长对比试验。结果表明:不同种源红锥之间的首次出芽时间和出芽持续时间相差较少,且苗高和地径的生长节律基本一致;红锥不同种源苗木的生长指标均存在极显著或显著差异,其中,华安和安溪种源苗期生长较好,苗高、地径均显著高于苗木整体平均值,且高径比及其遗传变异系数较低,因此在生产中可优先考虑作为种苗繁育的种质材料;而云霄、南靖、诏安种源的红锥苗木苗高和地径均低于苗木整体平均值,尤其是南靖种源,苗木生长纤细,需进一步观测。This paper selects 5 different provenances of Castanopsis hystix A. DC from Southern Fujian,and test of phonology observation and contrast between those provenances of Castanopsis hystix A. DC at seedling stage was finished at state-owned forest farm in Hua'an county,Fujian Province. The results shows that the time from sowing to germination and the cumulative days of budding between different provenances were less variance,and the growth rhythms of seedling height and ground diameter are basically identical; the seedling height,ground diameter and the height-diameter ratio from 5 different provenances were investigated and analysed,the results shows that there were significantly difference between different provenances. The seedling height and ground diameter from the Hua'an and Anxi were significantly higher than the average of five provenances,and the height-diameter ratio and coefficient of genetic variation were relatively low,the seedings was better. Therefore,Castanopsis hystix A. DC provenances from Hua'an and Anxi can be given priority as a germplasm material for seedling breeding. However,the seedling height and ground diameter from Yunxiao,Nanjing and Zhao'an is lower than the average,especially Nanjing provenance,that has a significantly higher height-diameter ratio than other provenances,the seedlings are more slender,thus those provenances need to be further observation.
