摘  要:对秃杉无性繁殖技术研究的已有成果进行综述,结果表明经30余年的研究,在秃杉扦插、嫁接和组织培养等方面取得显著成效,扦插成活率最高可达96. 7%;本砧嫁接成活率最高达89%、异砧嫁接成活率最高达80%以上;以成年优选单株的顶芽、2 a实生苗顶芽及茎段、种子发芽10~12 d的苗端为外植体进行组织培养,继代增殖系数达3~5倍,移栽成活率80%以上。并对秃杉无性繁殖技术的应用前景进行展望,研究结果可为秃杉无性繁殖研究提供参考。Taiwania flousiana is a rare and endangered plant,which is relic plant from the third glacial periothe Tertiary period and grade 2 of state-protected plants in China. Due to it's super characteristics of strong adaptability,long life,tall tree body,high material quality,It is a good timber tree spiece for cultivating large diameter and super large diameter timber. Through more than 30 years of research,has achieved remarkable success in cutting,grafting and tissue culture,such as the survival rate of cutting reaching up to96. 7%,the free stocks grafting survival rate up to 89%,xenostock grafting survival rate up to 80%. by using adult plant terminal bud,apical buds and tender stems from 2 years old seedling and shoot apex of seeds after 10 ~ 12 days germination,reproduce ratio reached 3 ~ 5 times,and the transplanting survival rate reached above 80%,the technology has laid a solid foundation for its asexual reproduction. Based on the review of previous research,the key technology to be solved in asexual results in genetic improvement of Taiwania flousiana were discussed,at the same time,research and application prospect were prospected.
