摘 要:从分析熔融接枝法制备聚丙烯(PP)接枝马来酸酐(MAH)接枝共聚物(PP-g-MAH)接枝率低入手,提出提高PP-g-MAH接枝率的途径。从提高单体有效浓度、单体分散以及抑制聚合物降解三个方面,探讨了对接枝共聚物接枝率的影响。结果表明,环氧大豆油的加入可以有效提高单体浓度;膨润剂二甲苯的使用提高了单体在聚合物中的分散性;共聚单体苯乙烯对于抑制聚合物降解起到了显著作用。从这三方面进行了分析探讨以提高MAH的接枝率。In this paper, low grafting rate of polypropylene (PP) graft maleic anhydride (MAH) copolymer (PP-g-MAH) prepared by melt grafting method was analyzed, and the way to increase the grafting rate of PP-g-MAH was proposed. From the three aspects of increasing the effective monomer concentration, monomer dispersion and inhibiting polymer degradation, the effect of graft copolymerization rate on graft copolymer was discussed. The results show that epoxidized soybean oil can effectively increase the monomer concentration; the use of swelling agent xylene increases the dispersion of the monomer in the polymer; the styrene eomonomer plays a significant role in inhibiting the degradation of the polymer. This article analyzed and discussed the three aspects to improve the grafting rate of MAH.
