摘 要:采用化学注塑微孔发泡成型工艺制备了5种不同含量高胶粉(ABSHR)改性丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)发泡复合材料,研究了高胶粉含量和黏弹性对泡孔结构的影响;探究了该发泡ABS复合材料力学性能的变化规律。结果表明,高胶粉的引入提高了复合材料的储能模量、损耗模量和黏度,在一定程度上抑制了泡孔的成核;与纯ABS相比,高胶粉的添加降低了ABS发泡复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度,但提高了其冲击强度;当高胶粉含量为5%时,泡孔结构得到明显改善,泡孔直径变小,泡孔密度变大,直径为29. 37μm,泡孔密度为1. 4×107个/cm3。Five kinds of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) foams containing different ABS high-rubber powder (ABSHR) contents were prepared by microcellular foaming injection molding process. The effects of ABSHR contents and viscoelasticity on the cell morphology were studied. The changes of the mechanical properties were also investigated. The results reveal that the introduction of ABSHR increases the storage modulus, loss modulus and viscosity of composites, and inhibits the nucleation of the cells. The tensile strength and flexural strength of ABSHR/ABS foams are smaller than that of pure ABS foams, but the impact strength is improved. When the ABSHR content is 5%, the cell diameter is 29.37 μm and the cell density is 1.4 × 107 cells/cm3.
