摘 要:以废旧聚苯乙烯(r PS)为基体,加入聚烯烃热塑性弹性体(POE)以及POE的苯乙烯共聚物(POE-gSt)作为增韧剂,共混挤出造粒,对复合材料的力学性能和流变性能进行了表征。通过对比POE-g-St添加前后以及POE-g-St不同添加量下材料的力学性能、流变性能以及接触角来研究POE-g-St的加入对回收聚苯乙烯的增韧增容效果。结果表明,当r PS∶POE-g-St∶POE质量比=70∶15∶15,回收聚苯乙烯的冲击强度由3. 011 k J/m2提高到5. 837 5k J/m2,POE与r PS的相容性也得到了改善。Waste polystyrene (rPS) as the matrix and POE grafted styrene copolymer (POE-g-St) as granulated. The mechanical and rheological properties resins, polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer (POE) toughening agent were blended, extruded and of composite materials were characterized. The toughening and compatibilization effect of POE-g-St on the composite was studied by comparing mechanical and rheological properties and the contact angle. The results show that when the mass ratio of rPS : POE-g-St : POE is 70 : 15 : 15, the impact strength of recycled polystyrene is increased from 3.011 kJ/m2 to 5. 837 5 kJ/m2, and the compatibility of POE and rPS is also improved.
