摘  要:以马来酸酐-C9共聚微球(MAH-C9)作为成炭剂,与聚磷酸铵(APP)复配后制备无卤阻燃聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)复合材料,并探究APP与MAH-C9不同的质量比对TPU材料性能的影响。结果表明,APP与MAHC9之间有很好的协效作用,当APP/MAH-C9的质量比为9/1,阻燃剂的总添加量为10%时,阻燃TPU材料的极限氧指数(LOI)可从纯TPU的21. 6%提升到30. 1%,垂直燃烧测试可通过UL94 V-0等级,没有熔滴。热失重分析(TG)和扫描电镜(SEM)测试结果表示阻燃TPU材料的起始热分解温度和残炭量都有所提高,且炭层致密。APP与MAHC9的加入对TPU的力学性能有一定的影响,随着MAH-C9含量的增加,阻燃TPU材料的拉伸强度先增加后略有减小。Maleic anhydride-C9 polymer particles (MAH-C9 ) as charring agents and ammonium polyphosphate (APP) were used to prepared halogen-free flameretard polyether thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) composites. Meanwhile, the effect of mass ratio of APP to MAH-C9 on the flame retardancy of TPU was also investigated. The results show that there is a good synergy between APP and MAH-C9. When the total loading of flame retardant is only 10% with the mass ratio of APP/MAH-C9 of 9/1, the LOI value of flame retardant TPU material increases from 21.6% of pure TPU to 30. 1%, vertical the combustion property pass UL94 V-0 rate with no melt drip. The TGA and SEM tests results demonstrate that the initial decomposition temperature and char residues of flame retardant TPU materials are increased and the char layer is compact. The addition of APP/MAH-C9 has a certain effect on the mechanical properties of TPU. With the increase of MAH-C9 content, the tensile strength of flame retardant TPU material increases first and then decreases slightly.
