摘 要:以新开发的硅酮母粒为塑料加工润滑剂,应用到30%滑石粉(Talc)填充的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)复合材料(HDPE+30%Talc)中,对比考察了硅宝硅酮母粒和国外同类产品对复合材料加工润滑和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在填充HDPE复合材料中,添加0. 5%的硅宝硅酮母粒可以明显改善复合材料的加工性能,平衡扭矩下降了2. 5%,熔体质量流动速率增加了11. 9%,润滑效果略优于国外产品;另一方面,硅宝硅酮母粒的加入会导致复合材料拉伸强度和弯曲强度的小幅度下降,但可提升材料的冲击强度。当添加0. 5%的硅宝硅酮母粒时,复合材料性能最佳。The influence of silicone materbatch on processing and mechanical properties in 30wt% talc filled high density polyethylene (HDPE) composite system (HDPE+30% Talc) was studied. The result show that the processing and impact properties of the composite material could be improved with a small amount of silicone materbatch. In detail, with 0. 5wt% silicone materbatch, the balance torque decreases by 2. 5% and the melting index increases by 11.9%, and the lubricity is slightly better than the advanced foreign product. However, the tensile strength and bending strength tend to decrease slightly. Consequently, the HDPE composite material can obtain the best properties with the addition of 0. 5wt% silicone materbatch.
