摘　　要：|非公路矿用自卸车用于露天矿山的矿石运输,其使用的巨型轮胎价格昂贵。矿用自卸车载重大、矿山路况复杂及驾驶员操作习惯等因素,可能造成轮胎过早损坏并且难以修复。矿用自卸车轮胎的消耗在矿用自卸车运输成本中占有较大比重,所以,如何降低轮胎消耗,延长轮胎使用寿命,降低运输成本成为目前亟待解决的问题。基于矿用自卸车轮胎损伤的机理,对矿用自卸车轮胎损坏的原因做出分析,并提出防范应对措施。That off-highway mining dumpers used in open-pit mine's ore transport involves expensive big tires. Elements of mining dumpers' heavy loads, mining roads complex conditions, and operational habit, etc would cause the tires premature failure too bad to repair. Higher percentage of the tire in the dumpers' transport cost has to be solved for it is an issue that must be dealt with at present as how to lower the tires consumption, lengthen work life of the tire while lowering the transport cost. On the basis of the tires damage mechanism it has to analyze their failure causes while providing prevention measures to encounter with.
