摘 要:多孔聚合物自润滑复合材料作为一种新型功能材料,具有良好的机械性能和优越的自润滑性,在航空航天、石油化工和机械工程等领域受到了广泛关注。利用常态下材料孔结构存储润滑油脂,工作状态下润滑油渗出形成连续稳定的润滑转移膜,可以起到减摩耐磨作用。本文主要介绍了聚酰亚胺(PI)、聚醚醚酮(PEEK)和超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)等自润滑材料在摩擦学上的最新研究进展,提出了当前多孔聚合物自润滑材料面临的问题,并对自润滑复合材料的发展趋势作了展望。Porous polymer self-lubricating composites are a new kind of functional materials with excellent properties, such as outstanding mechanical properties and admirable self-lubricating performance, and have received the widespread attention in the aviation and aerospace, petrochemical industry and mechanical engineering. Lubricating oils can be stored by the pore structures, and then squeezed out from the pores to the contact surface to produce the lubricating film continuously and steadily, which plays a role in decreasing the friction and wear. In this mini-review, the latest research progress in tribology of porous self-lubrication polyimide (PI), polyetheretherketone (PEEK) and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), etc, was introduced, and the current problems were summarized and the prospective of materials was exhibited.
