摘 要:采用工业纯铝、氟钛酸钾和石墨粉在电弧作用下制备Al-6Ti-1C中间合金,并利用OM、SEM、XRD和EDS对Al-6Ti-1C中间合金的显微组织和物相成分进行观察和分析,并采用Al-6Ti-1C中间合金对工业纯铝进行细化试验。结果表明,电流对Al-Ti-C中间合金的显微组织有着重要的影响。随着电流改变,TiAl3和TiC粒子的形态和分布也随之发生改变,并影响其细化晶粒的效果。在电流为70A时,电弧作用下制备出的Al-6Ti-1C中间合金对工业纯铝的细化效果最好。Al-6 Ti-1 C master alloys were prepared by the arc action using industrial pure aluminum,potassium fluorotitanate and graphite powders.The microstructure and phase composition of Al-6 Ti-1 C master alloys were observed and analyzed by OM,SEM,XRD,and EDS.Then it was utilized to refine industrial pure aluminum.The results reveal that current has an important influence on the microstructure of Al-6 Ti-1 C master alloys.With the change of current,the morphology and distribution of TiAl3 particles are also changed,which controls the effect of grain refinement.With the current of 70 A,the Al-6 Ti-1 C master alloy prepared by the arc presents the desirable refining effect on industrial pure aluminum.
