摘 要:以AZ91D镁合金为研究对象,借助X射线衍射仪、金相电镜、场发射扫描电镜及透射电镜,研究了压力对AZ91D镁合金微观组织的影响。结果表明,高压时效处理后的AZ91D镁合金仍由α-Mg和β-Mg17Al12相组成,但高压时效处理可改变β-Mg17Al12相的形态及分布,并且明显细化AZ91D镁合金的晶粒组织。The effects of pressure on microstructures of AZ91 D magnesium alloys were investigated through X-ray diffraction(XRD),optical microscope(OM),field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM)and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The results show that,AZ91 D magnesium alloys still consist ofα-Mg andβ-Mg17 Al12 phase after high pressure aging treatment.However,high pressure aging treatment can transform the morphology and distribution ofβ-Mg17 Al12 phase.Moreover,high pressure aging treatment can refine grain size significantly.
