摘  要:将氧化膜抽象成无质量的粒子,并通过拉格朗日方程预测模拟氧化膜的运动规律。使用氧化膜体积当量表征氧化夹杂程度,根据Campbell经验数据提出氧化膜厚度增长经验公式。基于以上算法,在华铸CAE软件平台上建立了预测氧化夹杂位置和体积大小的数值模拟方法。并将计算结果与试验结果进行对比,验证了算法的实用性。The oxide film was abstracted into massless particles and Lagrangian equation was used to predict the motion of the oxide film segment.The volume equivalent of oxide film was used to characterize the degree of oxide film inclusions,and the empirical formula for the increase of oxide film thickness was proposed based on Campbell's empirical data.Based on the above algorithm,a numerical simulation method was developed to predict the location and size of oxide film inclusions on InteCAST software platform.The calculation results were compared with the experimental ones to verify the practicability of the algorithm.
