交流风机内定子铁芯便捷式压铸模设计

摘　　要：针对交流风机内定子铁芯的制作,分析了叠压工艺存在的不足。设计压铸工艺时,在优化设计内定子铁芯支架套筒的基础上,采用便捷式压铸模,合理解决了定子散片的装模与定位、支架套筒部分的成形与去浇口、铸件的顶出与脱模问题。Aiming at the manufacture in inner stator iron core for AC fan,the problems in the lamination process were analyzed.During the die casting process,on the basis of optimizing design of inner stator iron core support sleeve,the convenient die-casting mould was adopted.The problems were solved such as mounting and locating of stator sheets,forming and removing gate of support sleeve part,ejection and remolding of castings.
