摘  要:采用熔体反应法成功制备了Al-3Nb-3B中间合金,主要研究了Al-3Nb-3B中间合金的显微组织及其对纯Mg的晶粒细化作用。结果表明,Al-3Nb-3B中间合金中主要含有NbB2和AlB2两种粒子,其平均尺寸分别为0.3μm和2μm。NbB2和AlB2可以作为异质形核核心显著细化纯Mg晶粒。随着Al-3Nb-3B中间合金含量的增加,纯Mg的晶粒尺寸逐渐减小。当Al-3Nb-3B中间合金的含量为0.3%时,纯Mg组织被细化为细小均匀的等轴晶,平均晶粒尺寸仅为280μm,相比未细化合金降低了91.5%。The Al-3 Nb-3 B master alloy was fabricated by an in-situ reaction from Al melt and Nb +KBF4 powders.The microstructure of Al-3 Nb-3 B master alloy and its grain refining effect on pure Mg were investigated.Experimental results show that the NbB2 with average particle size of 0.3μm and AlB2 with average particle size of 2μm can be observed in Al-3 Nb-3 Bmaster alloy.Both NbB2 and AlB2 particles can be acted as the nuclei site effectively,resulting in the grains refinement in pure Mg.With increasing in Al-3 Nb-3 B master alloy addition,the grain size of pure Mg can be further decreased.With0.3% Al-3 Nb-3 B master alloy addition,the average grain size of pure Mg reaches 280μm,decreased by91.5% compared with those of the unrefined pure Mg.
