摘  要:柔性直流配网是未来直流技术和配电系统的重要发展方向。其中,保护技术作为保证其安全运行的关键技术之一,其难点在于快速、有选择性地识别故障。针对双极短路故障,依据不同直流线路故障时暂态高频阻抗的特征差异,该文提出一种基于暂态高频阻抗比较的方向纵联保护,并形成相应的直流线路保护方案。最后,在PSCAD/EMTDC仿真平台上搭建基于具有直流故障隔离能力换流器的柔性直流配网模型,PSCAD仿真分析表明,该方案能够快速、可靠地实现故障判别,对系统参数变化具有较强的适应性,抗过渡电阻能力强,受噪声影响较小。Flexible DC distribution system has become the development trend of future distribution grid, but it's so vulnerable to the DC faults. Thus, a rapid and selective DC fault discrimination method is required to enhance the system security. Considering the transient high-frequency impedances are different when the faults locate on the various lines, this paper proposed a novel transient high-frequency impedance comparison based DC protection and detailed system protection scheme has also been designed. Finally, a flexible DC distribution model with the converters which can clear the fault current was built in PSCAD/EMTDC. The simulation results show the proposed method is robust to different system parameters and fault transition resistances, the protection scheme has the great anti- noise capability.
