摘　　要：提出一种非连续铁心结构的磁控消弧线圈,其本体是含空气隙的分布式多级磁阀分段饱和可控电抗器。该结构集合了多种铁心结构和磁路的改进措施,使得消弧线圈的空载电感具有良好的线性度,能够配合扫频法测量系统对地电容;容量调节范围能够满足电流补偿需要;谐波特性符合国家标准。文中详细研究改进措施对空载电感特性、容量调节范围及输出谐波电流的影响,利用磁路分析法,推导出相应的理论公式和通用的数学模型,总结出性能参数优化设计方法。经仿真和样机实验验证理论分析的结论,结果表明所述理论模型及设计优化方法正确可行。This paper proposed a magnetic controllable Petersen coil with discontinuous core structure, whose ontology was a distributed multi-stage saturable magnetic valve controllable reactor with air-gaps. This structure Petersen coil brings together a variety of measures to improve the core structure and magnetic circuit. Its no-load inductance have a good linearity, cope with scanning frequency method able to measurement system＇s capacitance-to-ground; its capacity adjustment range meets the compensation needs; and its harmonic characteristics accord with national standards. The effect of the improvement measures to the no-load inductor, capacity adjustment range and harmonic characteristics has been studied in detail. By means of magnetic circuit analysis, the corresponding theoretical formulas and general mathematical models were derived, and then the design and optimization method was summarized. Simulation and experiment results verified the correctness of theoretical analysis. The results show that the theoretical model and design optimization method are correct and feasible.
