摘　　要：本文结合2013-2016年江苏省各地市基本公共文化服务的相关统计数据,引用基尼系数法,对江苏省基本公共文化服务均等化进行定量研究。结果显示江苏省基本公共文化服务均等化水平较高、质量较优。基于江苏省均等化建设经验,新时代我国为实现高质量、可持续的基本公共文化服务均等化,应当正视经济基础差距,利用特色历史文化资源,构建多元供给主体,调整投入结构,促进公共文化资源共建共享和人口城镇化。Based on the statistical data of basic public cultural services in different cities in Jiangsu province in 2013-2016, and by adopting Gini coefficient method, a quantitative study on the equalization of basic public cultural services in Jiangsu is conducted. It is discovered that the level of its equalization is relatively high and with good quality. To promote the equalization of basic public cultural services with high quality and sustainability, we recommend addressing the vast difference in economic foundation, making use of characteristic historical and cultural resources, building multiple supply entities, adjusting input structure, and promoting the sharing of resources and the all-round urbanization.
