摘 要:新颁布的《公共图书馆法》又一次引发公众和学界对高校图书馆社会化服务的关注与讨论。本文意图在此背景下探寻适合我国社会社情、高校校情、高校图书馆馆情的社会化服务路径。本文首先厘清高校图书馆社会化服务的内涵,提出只有面向社会普通公众自由、平等开放的社会化服务方才能实现其真正的概念意涵。文章接着分析了当前高校图书馆社会化服务实践匮乏且缺少活力的原因,将之归结为意识困境、资源困境、空间困境、管理困境等4方面瓶颈问题。最后,文章就高校图书馆社会化服务如何实现突围,着眼于认知观念、管理制度、服务渠道、内在价值等方面展开探讨。通过分析当前高校图书馆社会化服务存在之困境与突围之机会,为新时期下高校图书馆开展社会化服务以及有关议题提供了理论关照与实践参考。The promulgation of the Public Library Law once again aroused public concern and discussion on the social services of academic libraries. In this context, the article aims to explore new social service path for academic libraries. It firstly clarifies the connotation of the social services of academic libraries, and proposes that only the social services which are free, equal and open to the general public can grasp its true connotation. The article then analyzes the current lack of practice and vitality of the social services, which can be attributed to problems in concepts, resources, space, and management. Finally, the article explores how to make breakthrough of the social services of academic libraries in terms of new ideology, administration mechanism, service channel and intrinsic value. By analyzing the existing predicaments and countermeasures of the social services of academic libraries, the article provides both theoretical and practical references for academic libraries.
