摘 要:以松树落叶在400℃煅烧30min后的松针活性炭作吸附剂,通过单因素实验考察了初始浓度、吸附剂用量、粒径、吸附时间、p H值等条件下,吸附剂对酸性品红模拟废水的吸附脱色效果;在此基础上的四因素三水平正交试验结果表明,当p H=6、转速为200r/min、吸附时间为35min时,0.3g吸附剂颗粒过90mesh筛的松针活性炭对100m L初始浓度为45mg/L的酸性品红溶液的脱色率达92.1%,稀释倍数为13倍,其水质色度指标达到国家《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287-2012)排放标准;等温吸附实验结果表明,松针活性炭吸附剂对酸性品红的吸附能较好地符合Freundlich吸附等温式方程,说明该吸附主要为多层吸附过程。Pine needles, which are easily to get from pine leaves and calcined for 30 minutes at 400℃, are used as raw materials to prepare activated carbon in order to investigate the adsorption effects on acid-fuchsin simulated wastewater by single factor experiments in this research, including initial acid-fuchsin concentration, adsorbent dosage and particle size of pine needles activated carbon, rotating speed, adsorption time and p H values. Based on them, orthogonal experiment with four factors and three levels shows that the removal rate of 100 mL acid-fuchsin solution after diluted for 13 times can be reached at 92.1% when initial acid-fuchsin concentration, adsorbent dosage and particle size of pine needles activated carbon, rotating speed, adsorption time and pH values was 45 mg/L, 0.3 g, 90 mesh, 200 r/min, 35 min and pH 6, respectively. The chromaticity color of treated water can meet the national "Discharge standards of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry(GB 4287-2012)". The adsorption of pine needles for acid-fuchsin was greatly in accordance with Freundlich isotherm equation, Show that the adsorption process is mainly multilayer adsorption.
