陕北民歌的保护与发展——从西方民歌的复兴与繁荣谈起

摘　　要：陕北民歌是乡村社会和农业社会生活方式发展的文化产物,与前工业文明相适应。那么问题在于,陕北民歌在当代社会还能不能继续生存,能不能得到发展和繁荣。根据威尔士民歌的复兴和美国民歌繁荣的经验,陕北民歌在当代社会完全可以得到发展甚至繁荣,关键在于,使带有民歌元素的经验形式表征当下老百姓的日常生活。Catering to the pre-modern civilizations, folk songs of Northern Shaanxi are cultural products of rural society and agricultural society. The problem consists in whether the folk songs are able to exist, develop and flourish in contemporary society. According to the experience of prosperity of Welsh and American folk songs, the folk songs of Northern Shaanxi can develop and flourish in contemporary society. The key lies in the use of the form of experience to accommodate the contemporary everyday life of ordinary people and to represent their real feeling.
