工程法律人才培养若干问题之探讨——基于东南大学工程法教育之实践

摘　　要：在＂卓越法律人才教育培养计划＂的时代背景下,高等法学教育模式应做出相应的调整,尝试科际整合、倡导教学模式创新,为法治建设培养应用型、复合型的法律职业人才,是高等法学教育的目标之一。东南大学工程法教育实践是跨学科人才培养的先行,但其发展仍任重而道远,应当进一步加强法学学科内部和工程、法学跨学科的研究和内容整合,更加注重实践教学,密切关注实务问题、研讨应用型方案,直接回应应用型、跨学科人才匮乏的现状。Under the background of ＂Excellent Legal Talent Education Program＂,higher legal education model should be adjusted accordingly,try interdisciplinary,promote innovative teaching mode,cultivate applications,compound legal professional personnel for the construction of socialist rule of law,which should be one of the goals of higher education in legal field.Promoting the practice of engineering legal education act of interdisciplinary talents,Southeast University still has long way to go.It should further strengthen the research and content integration of engineering and law interdisciplinary study,and the same to different law departments.Legal education should emphasize practical teaching,pay close attention to practical problems,research on the applied programs in direct response to the lack of application-oriented,interdisciplinary personnel status.
