摘　　要：本文以笔者在德国联邦宪法法院访学过程中所获得的第一手资料为写作基础,试图以此不同的视角为线索通过对法学教育与国家考试、法官的职业选择与准入以及法官任职与职业发展这三个领域关系的阐述,客观展现出在德国成为一名法官的教育要求、过程与追求,以期对正处于司法体制改革热潮下的中国提供一定的可资借鉴的参照。On the basis of the first-hand information acquired during the author＇s visit to the German Federal Constitutional Court,the author attempts to provide a different perspective on the relations between legal education and national examination,a judge＇s occupation choice and admission,as well as a judge＇s appointment and professional development.Further,the article presents the requirements,process and goals of legal education for training a judge in Germany,in order to provide a reference for the judicial system reform in China.
