摘　　要：如何确认大学自治的内涵,厘清大学如何在其自治范围内,行使专业判断,是一个重要前提。因为类型化出大学自治的内涵,不仅是大学学生救济的起点,也有助于形成法院进行审判时的判断依据。本文尝试针对大学自治的定义、大学自治的类型化以及对大学自治的监督进行深入探讨,期待能对高等教育法制的未来发展有所贡献。It is a very important premise on how to define the university＇s autonomy,how to make profes-sional judgments within the university＇s autonomous domains.The categorization of the university＇s autonomy is not only the starting point for the remedy of the college students but also the assistance for the courts＇ judgments.This paper tries to define the university＇s autonomy,the categoriz-ation of the university＇s autonomy,the constitutional basis of the university＇s autonomy and the supervision of the university＇s autonomy with the purpose of contributing to the future development of laws of the higher education.
