农户粮食生产技术需求及其影响因素研究——基于黄淮海平原农户的调查

摘　　要：基于黄淮海平原和长江流域粮食主产区部分省份296个农户的调查数据,运用多元Logistic模型,实证分析了农户粮食生产的技术需求及其影响因素,并提出对策。研究发现,农户对粮食生产的主要技术需求是生产资料、耕作、机械、灌溉、田间管理等产前和产中技术,而对收割储运等产后技术的需求相对较弱;受教育程度、种植规模、是否拥有农机具、是否接受过技术培训对农户粮食生产技术需求具有显著的正向影响,而年龄和非农收入占家庭总收入比重则对其具有不同程度的显著负向影响。要提升农户粮食生产技术需求,应提高农户科学文化水平,加强对农户的粮食生产技术培训,鼓励种粮农户开展适度规模经营,加大政策性农业保险支持力度。Based on the survey data of 296 farmers in some provinces of the main grain producing areas in the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain and the Yangtze River Basin, this paper empirically analyzes the technical demand and its infuencing factors of farmers’ grain production by using the multiple Logistic model, and puts forward some countermeasures. It is found that the main technical requirements for grain production are means of production, tillage, machinery, irrigation, feld management and other pre-production and mid-production technologies, while the demand for post-production technologies such as harvesting, storage and transportation is relatively weak. Educational level, planting scale, possession of agricultural machinery and technical training have signifcant positive effects on farmers’ demand for grain production technology, while age and non-agricultural income have signifcant negative effects on them. In order to enhance the demand of farmers for grain production technology, it is necessary to improve the scientifc and cultural level of farmers, strengthen the training of farmers in grain production technology, encourage grain farmers to carry out moderate scale operation, and increase policy-based agricultural insurance support.
