特大城市枢纽型城市副中心规划设计策略——以武汉市杨春湖商务区为例

摘　　要：目前,国内针对交通枢纽(特别是高铁枢纽)型城市副中心空间模式及发展路径的研究及实践尚处于探索阶段。本文对枢纽型城市副中心在特大城市中的区位和作用,空间功能布局、发展特征进行初探,并结合杨春湖商务区规划设计,从产业驱动、业态配比、交通组织、土地复合利用以及门户节点塑造等5个方面探讨了特大城市枢纽型城市副中心地区的规划策略和方法,以期为国内同类型规划设计项目提供一定借鉴。The study and practice of the traffic hub （especially the high-speed rail station hub） secondary center is now at an exploratory stage in China. This paper carries out a preliminary discussion on the location and function, the spatial function layout, and development characteristics of the hub-based secondary center in megacities. Taking the planning and design of Yangchunhu Business District as an example, the paper also explores the planning strategies and methods such as industrial drive, industry type ratio, transportation organization, mixed land use, and formation of portal node design, with the hope of providing guidance and references for relevant design projects in China.
