柔性凸轮控制实现变量喷洒的可行性分析

摘　　要：旋转式喷头广泛应用于园林绿地灌溉,但旋转式喷头存在圆形喷洒域与地块的不规则形状匹配性差的问题。为解决这个问题,以15PY2型旋转式喷头为基体设计一款基于柔性凸轮控制的变域喷洒的变量喷头,介绍了其结构和工作原理。该变量喷头既可以实现不规则喷洒域也可以实现特定形状的喷洒域。根据喷头射程方程、变量喷头工作方程、减压阀流量方程推导建立了变量喷头的水力学模型,并通过试验测试证明了水力学模型的正确性和基于柔性凸轮的变量喷头设计方案的可行性,为变量喷头设计提供理论参考。The rotating sprinkler is widely used in the irrigation of garden green fields. But the circular spray field of the i MPact sprinkler does not match the irregular boundary area of green field very well. In order to solve this problem,a new sprinkler based on 15 PY2 rotating sprinkler is designed. The new sprinkler is equipped with a pressure reducing valve before 15 PY2 rotating sprinkler. The pressure reducing valve walks along a flexible cam and the water pressure changes with the flexible cam profile,which control the rotating sprinkle to change its radius of throw. Adjustable radius of throw enables the new sprinkler to spray any irregular boundary area, which is one-to-one correspondence with a cam. The hydraulic model of the variable-rate irrigation sprinkler is build based on the equation of radius of sprinkler,working equation of variable-rate irrigation sprinkler and flow equation of pressure reducing valve. A test scheme is provided to verify the hydraulic model. The results show that the test date is consistent with the theoretic analysis of the hydraulic model. The design of variable-rate irrigation sprinkler base on flexible cam is feasible and effective.
