摘  要:为发挥磷酸镁水泥快硬早强、高粘结特性和微细钢纤维优异的增强增韧作用,配制了微细钢纤维磷酸镁水泥砂浆,研究了龄期、砂灰比、水灰比、纤维掺量及缓凝剂类型对磷酸镁水泥砂浆抗压、抗折强度及折压比的影响,并探索了微细钢纤维对不同水泥类型砂浆的增强效果。结果发现:微细钢纤维磷酸镁水泥砂浆早强特性显著;磷酸镁水泥水化物与钢纤维粘结性能突出,微细钢纤维对磷酸镁水泥基体的增强增韧效果优于对普通硅酸盐和硫铝酸盐水泥的效果,随纤维掺量增加,抗压和抗折强度显著提高,折压比逐渐增大;相对硼砂缓凝剂,掺量合适的复合缓凝剂可改善磷酸镁水泥基体与钢纤维界面,使钢纤维增韧效果更突出。The micro steel fiber reinforced magnesia-phosphate-cement mortar(MSFRMM) was developed,based on the fast hardening, early strength and excellent bonding of magnesia-phosphate-cement and reinforcement of the micro steel fibers. The effect of curing time,sand to cement mass ratio,water to cement mass ratio, addition of fibers and composite retarder on the compressive strength,flexural strength and the ratio of flexural to compressive strength,were experimentally explored. The reinforcement effect of micro steel fibers on the mortar with different cement types was also discussed. It can be found that the early strength of MSFRMM was significantly high. Comparing to the sulphoaluminate and Portland cement,the reinforcement effect of micro steel fibers on magnesia-phosphate-cement mortar were more significant. With the increase of addition of micro steel fiber, the compressive strength,flexural strength and the ratio of flexural strength to compressive strength were increased significantly. Comparing to borax retarder, the reinforcement effect of micro steel fibers in the MPC mortar prepared with composite retarder was more obvious based on the improved interface between fiber and matrix.
