摘 要:基于热平衡法建立了夏热冬冷地区的办公建筑动态热环境计算模型,对双层相变墙体参数进行了优化,比较分析了相变墙房间和含隔热材料的传统保温房间的全年能耗和空调启动次数。研究发现:在不考虑经济性的前提下,采用双层相变墙体比采用保温层在减少全年空调能耗和空调启动次数方面更具优势。Based on the fundamental heat balance principles,a model for calculating the dynamic thermal environment of office building in hot-summer and cold-winter was developed. The parameters of double layers phase change material wallboard have been optimized. The whole-year energy consumption and the number of starts of AC were compared between the PCM wall- board room and the room with external insulation material. It found that it is more appropriate to use the double layers phase change material than the insulation material for decreasing whole-year energy consumption and the number of starts of AC without considering the economy.
