摘 要:通过正交试验研究硅藻土掺量、硅藻土粒径、剪切时间及剪切温度等4个因素对改性沥青性能的影响。结果表明,这4个因素中并不存在对沥青三大指标性能影响的最显著因素,说明在制备硅藻土改性沥青时,制备工艺的优化对改性沥青的影响尤为重要。综合硅藻土改性沥青F值计算结果,建议在制备硅藻土改性沥青时,选择硅藻土掺量为9%,硅藻土粒径为50目,剪切时间为60min,剪切温度为140℃。The influence of four factors of diatomite content,diatomite particle size,shear time and shear temperature on the properties of modified asphalt were researched by orthogonal experimental test. The results show that there is no significant factor affecting the performance of the three major indicators of asphalt in all four factors. It is noted that the optimization of the preparation process is important for the preparation of diatomite modified asphalt. In consideration of the calculation result of F value of diatomite modified asphalt,the suggested preparation process is as follows:diatomite content is 9%,the diatomite particle size is 50 mesh,the shear time is 60min,and the shear temperature is 140℃.
