摘 要:目的:观察8周冲刺间歇训练(sprint interval training,SIT)对优秀男子大学生羽毛球运动员无氧运动能力的影响。方法:将16名北京体育大学羽毛球队男队员随机分成实验组(SIT组)8人,对照组(CG组)8人。SIT组每周进行2次功率自行车SIT训练和1次多球SIT训练(2+1模式),CG组每周进行2次一般体能训练和1次多球训练(2+1模式)。训练后基于每次训练的心率计算训练时间和训练冲量(TRIMP)。训练前、后分别测一次受试者的Yo-Yo间歇恢复测试2(Yo-Yo-IR2)、无氧功率,以及无氧功测试后的血乳酸值。结果:训练后,(1)SIT组在80%~90%HRmax区间和90%~100%HRmax区间的周训练时间和周训练TRIMP均明显高于CG组(P<0.05)。(2)SIT组YO-YO-IR2跑动距离从1083米增加到1217.5米,与CG组比有显著提高(P<0.01)。(3)与CG组相比,SIT组平均功率(MP)显著提高(P<0.05),SIT组达到峰值功率的时间(TTP)显著减少(P<0.05)。(4)SIT组的平均血乳酸峰值比训练前提高2.49 mmol/L,与CG组比有显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:8周SIT训练明显提高了优秀男子大学生羽毛球运动员的无氧运动能力。Objective To observe the effect of 8-week sprint interval training(SIT) on the anaerobicexercise capacity of elite male college badminton players. Methods Sixteen male badminton team mem-bers from Beijing Sport University were randomly divided into an SIT group and a control group,eachof 8. The SIT group received cycle ergometer SIT training twice a week and multi-shuttlecocks SITtraining once a week(mode 2+1),while the control group received general physical training twice aweek and multi-shuttlecocks training once a week(mode 2+1). The training time and training impulse(TRIMP) were calculated based on the heart rate after each training. The Yo-Yo interval recovery test2(Yo-Yo-IR2),aerobic power,and lactic acid value of blood after anaerobic power test were measuredrespectively before and after the training. Results After training,the weekly training time and TRIMPat 80% to 90% and 90% to 100% of HRmax in the SIT group were significantly higher than the CGgroup(P〈0.05). The Yo-Yo-IR2 running distance in the SIT group increased from 1083 to 1217.5 me-ters,with significant improvement compared to the control group(P〈0.01). Moreover,the mean power ofthe SIT group improved significantly(P〈0.05),while the time to the peak power of the SIT group was shortened significantly(P〈0.05),compared with the control group. The mean lactate peak value of theSIT group increased by 2.49 mmol/L after training,significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Eight-week SIT can significantly improve the anaerobic exercise capacity of elite male col-lege badminton players.
