废旧料掺量对厂拌热再生沥青混合料路用性能的影响研究

摘  要:为了研究厂拌热再生沥青混合料的路用性能,在沥青老化机理及再生机理探讨的基础上,通过设置不同的再生混合料矿料级配及旧料掺量在室内成型试件,并采用车辙试验、小梁弯曲试验、冻融劈裂试验、疲劳试验等对比分析旧料掺量对再生混合料路用性能的影响。结果表明:再生沥青混合料的高温稳定性随旧料掺量的增加逐渐提高,且与沥青的老化作用有关;而低温性能、水稳性能、疲劳性能等均随其旧料掺量的增加,性能逐渐下降,这与新旧沥青的粘结性能或旧料与沥青的粘附性相关。综合性能变化,建议在再生沥青混合料使用时添加一定量的纤维或选择高质量的改性沥青。Aiming to analyze the performance of hot mix plant recycling for asphalt pavement. Firstly, the aging and regeneration principle of asphalt are discussed, then the rutting test, bending test of small beam, freeze - thaw splitting test and fatigue test are carried out to analyze the recycled mixture aggregate on pavement performance of recycled asphalt mixture by using different aggregate gradation and indoor - molding specimens of the recycled mixture aggregate. The research shows that the high temperature stability of recycled asphalt mixture becomes better with the recycled mixture adding gradually without the aging of asphalt, while the low temperature performance, the water stability and fatigue performance turn declining because of the bonding of asphalt with aggregate and the mixed of asphalt. Therefore, it is suggested to add wood fiber, polyester fiber to mixture or choose excellent asphalt or modified asphalt.
