大体积混凝土质量通病及防治措施

摘　　要：大体积混凝土由于其自身的特性，很容易产生各种质量问题。为保证其质量在具体的施工、管理和监测控制方面需要进行深入的研究。本文主要针对大型桥梁承台大体积混凝土进行研究，根据大体积混凝土近几十年来的施工应用实际，总结出大体积混凝土在施工、养护过程中常出现的质量问题：蜂窝、麻面、孔洞、露筋、强度偏高或偏低、开裂、混凝土夹芯以及外形尺寸偏差等，并针对以上这些质量问题出现的原因进行了分析，同时也提出相应的防治措施，从而为大体积混凝土的工程应用提供指导。Because of its own characteristics, mass concrete tends to produce various quality problems. In order to ensure its quality, it is necessary to conduct in - depth research in specific construction, management and monitoring control. In this paper, the mass concrete of large bridge platform is mainly studied. According to the practical application of mass concrete in the past several decades, the quality problems of mass concrete in the process of construction and maintenance are summed up as the following：honeycomb structure, pitting surface, opening and hole, exposed reinforcing bars, higher or lower strength, cracking, concrete sandwich and deviation from dimensions, etc.Meanwhile the causes for the quality problems above are analyzed, and the corresponding prevention measures are also put forward so as to provide guidance for the engineering application of mass concrete.
