摘 要:硫酸烧渣作为重要的二次资源,除砷有利于提高烧渣的价值.针对某含砷硫酸烧渣预处理脱砷的问题,采用Na2S-Na OH体系浸出烧渣中的砷.首先采用单因素试验确定Na2S和Na OH的药剂用量范围,进而采用响应曲面法优化浸出工艺参数.结果显示,响应曲面法优化Na2S-Na OH体系中浸出砷的模型显著,Na2S、Na OH和温度均对砷的浸出有着重要影响,且温度越高越有利于砷的浸出,Na2S和Na OH之间存在明显的交互作用,在80℃、Na OH浓度为0.34 mol·L(-1)、Na2S浓度为0.12mol·L(-1)时,浸出后烧渣中的砷质量分数可以降低到0.08%.Pyrite cinder is one of the important secondary resources; however,the arsenic typically contained in pyrite cinder is harmful to metallurgical process. The removal of arsenic can improve the value of pyrite cinders. Thus,a pretreatment method for removal of arsenic from pyrite cinders using a Na2 S-Na OH solution was investigated in this paper. A single factor experiment was conducted to determine the appropriate concentration ranges of Na OH and Na2 S,and then the response surface methodology( RSM) was used to optimize the leaching parameters. The results indicate that the optimized RSM model is reliable. The temperature,Na OH concentration,and Na2 S concentration have significant effects on the arsenic removal. The higher temperature is found to be favorable to the leaching of arsenic,and a significant interaction is found between the concentrations of Na OH and Na2 S. The content of arsenic in the leaching slag can be reduced to 0. 08% at 80 ℃ when the concentration of Na OH and Na2 S is 0. 34 and 0. 12 mol·L-1,respectively.
