摘　　要：2006年至2016年近十年来,国内学术界对科研不端行为的法律规制研究取得了一定的成果。学术界主要在科研不端行为的界定、法律规制的必要性、立法现状、法律规制的具体路径等方面进行了研究。现有研究成果在科研不端行为的界定、立法研究、具体的法律规制、司法实践研究及研究方法上存在不足。今后的研究可在研究方法、科研不端行为的立法研究、科研不端行为的法律具体规制等方面继续进行拓展。In the recent decade（ 2006-2016）, Chinese domestic academic circles have made certain research results on legal regulations of research misconduct. The academic circles mainly studied the definition of scientific misconduct, the necessity of legal regulations, the current situation of legislation, the specific path of legal regulation and the matters needing attention of legal regulation. However, the existing research results are deficient in the definition of scientific misconduct, legislative research,specific legal regulation,judicial practice research and research methods. The future research can continue to expand in terms of research methods,legislative research on research misconduct, legal regulation of scientific misconduct, and so on.
