“双一流”视角下高校管理人才队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：一流的大学需要一流的高校管理队伍。高校在"双一流"建设中应树立"管理人员也是人才"的理念,激励管理人员成为"双一流"建设的主角,这是全面加强党的领导、党管人才的内在要求。管理人员须拓宽国际视野,善于国际比较,善于服务高校国际化,高校要提供平台支撑。管理人员还应拥有中国情怀,牢记"双一流"建设初心,为提升中国的国际影响力和话语权做贡献;拥有文化自觉和制度自信,体现中国情怀的大学气质、内涵和勇气,主动成为文化传承的组织者和推动者。A First-class university needs a first-class management team. In the development of＂ Double First-Class＂, universities should establish the concept of ＂ management staff are also talents＂,motivating managers to become the leading role of ＂Double First-Class＂ construction. This is the inherent requirement of comprehensively strengthening the Party＇s leadership and the Party＇s management of qualified personnel. Managers should broaden their international horizons, be good at conducting international comparison and serving the internationalization while universities should offer platform support;administrators should have Chinese sentiments, keep in mind the initial intention of building ＂Double FirstClass＂ and contribute to the China＇s international speaking power and influence; administrators should have cultural awareness and system confidence, reflect the temperament, connotation and courage of Chinese sentiment, and actively become the organizer and the promoter of the cultural inheritance.
