摘  要:那淮1号是从广西地方品种那楼淮山中筛选出优良变异单株,经系统法选育而成的高淀粉加工型淮山新品种。该品种淀粉含量高,肉质洁白细腻、切口不易变褐,有特殊的粉、香口感,适应性广,适合食用及药材加工,应用前景广阔。本文介绍了那淮1号的选育过程、产量表现,总结了其特征特性及栽培技术,以期为该品种的推广应用提供参考。Nahuai 1 is a new processing Chinese yam variety with high starch content,which was systematically bred from an excellent variationstrain of Guangxi local variety Nalou Chinese yam. The variety has the characteristics such as high starch content,white and delicate succulent,hard tobrown in incision,special powder incense taste,with a wide adaptation to the environment,and is very suitable for eating and herbal processing.Therefore,Nahuai 1 has a wide application prospects in the future. In this paper,the breeding process,yield performance,characteristics and cultivationtechniques of Nahuai 1 were introduced,in order to provide references for its popularization and application.
