摘  要:桂花种子有坚硬的种壳和后熟期。为提高种子发芽率,通过去种壳、低温层积以及不同浓度赤霉素浸泡处理,开展桂花种子萌发试验,并测定萌发期间种子内过氧化氢酶的活性。结果表明,种壳对种子发芽有一定的抑制作用,低温层积处理对桂花种子的萌发作用不明显;赤霉素对种子的发芽有促进作用,以140 mg/L浓度处理的效果最佳;种子中过氧化氢酶活性的高低与种子的活力成正相关。Osmanthus fragrans seeds have hard seed coat and maturity stage.In order to improve the germination rate of seeds,the seedgermination test was carried out by seed shelling,low temperature stratification,and soaking with different concentrations of gibberellin,and the activityof catalase in seeds during germination was determined.The results showed that the seed coat had a certain inhibitory effect on the germination of seeds.The low temperature stratification treatment had no obvious effect on the germination of Osmanthus fragrans seeds.The gibberellin promoted thegermination of seeds,and the effect was the best at 140 mg/L concentration treatment.The level of catalase activity was positively correlated with thevigor of the seed.
