脊柱结核患者围手术期整体护理干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察脊柱结核患者围手术期整体护理干预的效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年6月期间在深圳市第三人民医院接受脊柱结核手术治疗患者94例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各47例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上给予整体护理干预,观察对比两组患者并发症发生情况及伤口愈合时间、住院时间、疼痛评分及护理满意度。结果研究组患者伤口感染、伤口不愈、便秘、褥疮、肺不张、低热、下肢深静脉栓并发症发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组伤口愈合时间、住院时间、护理后视觉模拟评分(VAS)明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理满意度为97.87%明显高于对照组87.23%(P<0.05)。结论围手术期予以脊柱结核患者整体护理干预能够有效降低并发症发生率、缩短手术切口愈合时间及住院时间,缓解疼痛,提升护理满意度,效果理想,推广应用价值高。Objective To observe the the effect of holistic nursing intervention for patients with spinal tuberculosis during perioperative period. Methods A total of 94 patients with spinal tu berculosis who accepted surgical treatment from January 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control group and study group, 47 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group received holistic nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, the incidence of complications and wound healing time, hospitalization time, pain score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of wound infection, wound healing, constipation, bedsore, atelectasis, low fever and deep vein thrombosis in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The time of wound healing, the time of hospitalization and the visual analogue score after nursing （VAS） were significantly lower in the study group than those in the control group （P〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group was 97.87 %, which was sig nificantly higher than that of the control group 87.23% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative holistic nursing intervention for patients with spinal tuberculosis can effectively reduce the inci dence of complications, shorten the healing time and length of hospital stay, relieve pain and im prove nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
