产教融合背景下数控装调与维修人才培养模式探究

摘　　要：随着中国制造业的不断发展,高素质数控装调与维修人才的培养成为许多高校需要思考与解决的问题。文章主要以产教融合教学模式为背景,分析数控装调与维修人才培养的现状与问题,结合钦州学院历年来校企合作取得的成效与工程训练中心的实际情况,对存在的问题提出对策。with the continuous development of China＇s manufacturing industry, the cultivation of application-oriented talents with high CNC installation and maintenance skills has become a problem that many universities need to consider and solve. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and problems in cultivating mode for application-oriented talents of CNC installation and maintenance. Based on the achievements of school-enterprise cooperation in Qinzhou University over the past few years and the actual situation of the engineering training center, the paper provides countermeasures for the existing problems.
