摘 要:随着农业科技体制改革的不断深入,飞速发展的科技需求与科研管理模式的不平衡发展成为新形势下的主要矛盾,为了满足科技人员的需求,急需探索新的、高效科研管理模式。文章概述了科研管理模式,分析了农业科研院所科研管理在管理理念、协同创新、信息化管理水平等方面存在的问题,提出了构建精准服务的管理队伍、构建协同创新的管理模式、构建"物联网+X"的创新模式等促进"服务、高效、协同、创新"四位一体的高效科研管理模式构建的建议。With deepening of the reform of agricultural science and technology system, the unbalanced development of science and technology demand and scientific research management model has become the main contradiction in the new situation. In order to meet the needs of scientific and technological personnel, it is neeessary to explore a new and efficient scientific research management modeh Scientific research management models were briefly described in the paper. The existing problems in management concepts, collaborative innovation and information management level were analyzed. Suggestions were put forward, i.e., building a management team of “precision service”, a collaborative innovation management model, and an innovation model of “Internet of Things+X”, and forms an efficient scientific research management model that is “service, efficient, collaborative and innovative”.
