国内农业科研院所试验基地运行模式初探

摘　　要：文章在调研国内部分农业科研院所试验基地的基础上,对目前国内农业科研院所试验基地的主要运行模式进行了系统的梳理和归类,总结出目前国内科研基地运行的各种模式,并针对各种运行模式进行了优缺点分析,提出了公益一类事业单位适合采取事业化或企业化和事业化混合的运行模式、公益二类事业单位适合采取企业化运行模式等建议,以期为国内农业科研院所试验基地的运行提供参考。Through the investigation of some domestic experimental base of agricultural research institute, main operating modes of domestic experimental base of agricultural research institute were systematically sorted and classified in the paper. The advantages and disadvantages of various operating modes were also analyzed. It was pointed out that in the first nonprofit enterprise, management of base should adopt operation mode of enterprise type or mixed type of enterprise and industry, whereas in the second nonprofit enterprise, management of base should adopt operation mode of industry. This will provide the corresponding reference for domestic experimental base of agricultural research institutes.
