摘　　要：加快农业科技成果创新与转化,推动农业科技成果转化为现实生产力,是实现农业科技成果价值的关键环节。文章以内蒙古自治区农牧业科学院的农牧业科技成果推广与转化工作为例,阐述了农牧业科技成果转化的做法和措施,介绍了各类示范推广项目的实施管理、"院地共建"科技示范县工程、院企合作取得的成效等,强调了科技成果转化宣传、完善科技成果转化体系、建立激励机制的重要性,并对内蒙古自治区农牧业科技成果转化的现状和存在的问题进行了分析,提出了建立合理的科研管理机制、强化农牧业科技成果转化意识、增加成果转化类项目资金投入等促进内蒙古自治区农牧业科技成果转化的对策。Accelerating the innovation of agricultural science and technology and promoting the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements into practical productivity is the key to realizing the value of agricultural scientific and technological achievements. Taking the transformation research work of scientific and technological achievements of the Inner Mongolia Academy of Agricultural ＆ Animal Husbandry Sciences as an example, the methods and measures for the transformation of agrieuhural scientific and technological achievements were expounded in the paper. The implementation and management of various types of demonstration and promotion projects, and the scientific and technological demonstration county projects of “Academy and Local Government for Joint Development”, and the effectiveness of the cooperation were introduced. The importance of scientific and technological achievements publicity, the improvement of the scientific and technological achievements transformation system and the establishment of incentive mechanisms were emphasized. Current situation and problems of the transformation and development of scientific and technological achievements in the Inner Mongolia were illustrated. Suggestions for improving the transformation of agrieuhural scientific and technological achievements were put forward, i.e., setting up proper scientific research management mechanism, strengthening the concept of transformation, and increasing input of funds of achievements transformation projects, erc.
