摘　　要：在我国小农户依然是农业生产主体的基本国情下,要实现中国农业现代化,就必须让小农户参与农业现代化,促进小农户和现代农业发展有机衔接。文章从小农户与现代农业衔接的关键性问题——农业社会化服务这一理论与现实问题出发,探讨了农业社会化服务与农户增收的关系,指出有效的农业社会化服务能促进农户收入增加,并分析了当前农业社会化服务存在的主要问题,提出了培育和壮大农业社会化服务主体、与金融部门合作以推进农业社会化服务组织建设、与政府部门对接以促进农业社会化服务市场化发展等推进农业社会化服务的对策,以期促进小农户和现代农业发展有机衔接。Under current fundamental realities of China, small farmers are still the main force of agricultural production. To accomplish Chinese agricultural modernization, the small farmers should join the process of agricultural modernization, and the organic cohesion between small farmers and modern agriculture also needed to be strengthened further. Based on the key issue between the cohesion between small farmers and modern agriculture, also a theoretical and realistic problem, how to provide agricultural socialization service to small farmers, the relationship between agricultural socialization service and farmer＇s income increase was discussed in the paper. It was pointed out that effective agricultural socialization service system could increase the income of farmers. Problems raised during the development of agricultural socialization service system were analyzed. Countermeasures and suggestions on how to develop agricultural socialization service, and how to promote the organic cohesion between small farmers and modern agriculture were proposed, i.e., breeding and strengthening main body of agricultural socialization service system, promoting the construction of organization of agricultural socialization service by cooperated with financial departments, connecting with government to promote marketing development of agricultural socialization service, etc.
