UPLC-MS-MS法检测兽用中成药中非法添加利巴韦林、阿昔洛韦和吗啉胍的研究应用

摘　　要：为了打击在中成药中非法添加兽药的不法行为,通过高效液相色谱串联质谱(UPLC-MS-MS)的方法建立了检测利巴韦林、阿昔洛韦、吗啉胍三种典型的非法添加抗病毒药物的方法。结果表明,BEHC_(18)柱为分离柱,0.2%甲酸水溶液和乙腈为流动相,洗脱速度为0.2 m L/min。利巴韦林、阿昔洛韦、吗啉胍的检出限和定量限均为10μg/kg和20μg/kg,精密度和变异系数良好。对随机抽取的36批次市售抗病毒类中成药进行监测,结果发现有1批次药品添加了利巴韦林,1批次药品添加了阿昔洛韦和吗啉胍。In order to combat the illegal behavior of the illegal addition of veterinary drugs in Chinese patent medicine, three typical methods of illegal adding antiviral drugs to ribavi - tin, aciclovir and morpholine guanidine were established by high performance liquid chromatogra - phy tandem mass spectrometry（UPLC MS MS）. The results showed that the separation column consist - ed of 0.2% formic acid aqueous solution and acetonitrile as mobile phase, and the elution rate was 0.2 mL/min. The detection limit and quantitative limit of ribavirin, acyclovir and morpholi- dine were 10 μg/kg and 20 μg/kg, respectively good. Additionally, 36 batches of Chinese patent sults showed that one batch of drugs was added The precision and coefficient of variation were antiviral drugs were selected randomly. The re - with ribavirin and one batch of drugs was added acyclovir and morpholine guanidine.
